Terms of Service

A membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred or shared. Letting someone else use your credential is grounds for termination, and the access log will show it.

The plan you choose states its price, billing period, minimum term, and notice period before you pay. Those terms are what govern your membership.

We may change plan prices with advance notice. Existing members are told before a change takes effect and may cancel if they do not accept it.

Recurring plans are billed automatically on your billing date using the payment method on file.

If a payment fails we will retry and tell you. Access may be suspended while an account is past due, and is restored as soon as the balance is cleared.

Enrollment fees, where a plan has one, are charged once at signup and are stated on the plan card.

Cancel from your account. The cancellation screen shows your final billing date and last day of access before you confirm.

Notice periods are stated per plan. A plan with a minimum term may carry an early termination fee, which is disclosed before you sign up.

Where a plan allows freezing, billing pauses for the frozen period and access resumes automatically at the end of it.

Re-rack your weights, wipe down equipment, and respect the people around you. Staff may ask anyone to leave for unsafe or abusive behaviour.

Do not prop open, hold open, or otherwise defeat an access-controlled door. It triggers an alarm, and it puts everyone in the building at risk.

Report broken equipment rather than working around it. Anything tagged out of service must not be used.

Photography and filming are permitted only where they do not capture other members without their consent, and never in changing areas.

Training carries risk. You confirm that you are medically fit to train and that you will stop and seek help if something is wrong.

You must sign the waiver before your first visit. It is stored exactly as you signed it.

Emergency call points are located throughout the building. Use them.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Personal property is your responsibility. Lockers are provided for convenience and are not a guarantee of security.

We will give notice before these terms change materially. Continuing to use the facility after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
