Only if you choose a plan that says so. Monthly plans run month to month and you can cancel from your account. Annual plans are a twelve-month term in exchange for the lower rate — the plan card states the term before you pay.

Members aged 18 and over can join on their own. Under-18s need a parent or guardian to sign the waiver, and some plans carry their own age limits, stated on the plan card.

From your member account, in a few taps. Your plan states the notice period, and the cancellation screen shows your exact last billing date before you confirm — no phone call, no retention script.

On plans that allow it, yes. Freeze from the app for travel, injury, or deployment. Billing pauses for the frozen period and your access resumes automatically when it ends.

Your phone is the key. Open the member app, tap unlock, and the door releases for a few seconds then relocks itself. Every entry is recorded, which is also how we know the building is empty at 3am.

Ask at the front desk during staffed hours and we will let you in after verifying your membership. If you train outside staffed hours regularly, we can issue a backup credential.
